How To Increase Immunity During Intense Training

By Katherine Crawford

If you are constantly getting sick or are chronically tired, you can forget about reaching your weight loss goals. You see, your ability to stick with something for the long haul is directly tied into the strength of your immune system.

The bad news here is that many people are unknowingly decreasing their immunity.

So here are 6 ways to strengthen your immune system for better fat loss:

1. Rest more even if it feels like your are cheating: It's hard to take more days off when you are in the groove. But keep in mind that your perception of being in the groove could be misleading. You see, your body has a limited ability to repair itself.

2. Lift hard and move lightly: By lifting weights really hard, you stimulate your body to produce more regenerative hormones. And by moving lightly when you are not lifting, you stimulate your body to recover quicker.

3. Don't drink faucet water: Not only does it taste bad, but it also makes your body work harder to fight off all the different microorganisms. And keep in mind that filtering your water is very easy and not that expensive. There are tons of water filters on the market.

4. Decrease calories towards the end of the day: This will help further accelerate the slowdown of your metabolism towards the end of the day. And by doing this, you will get better and deeper sleep-just what you need for the best immune system functioning.

5. Increase plant saturated fat: Not only is plant saturated fat healthy for you, but it also increases testosterone. And testosterone has a strong influence on your immune system. You see, it does a great job at repairing your body.

6. Periodically increase circulation: Good circulation is what gets your immune cells to where they need to go. In fact, increasing circulation is one of the best things you can do to accelerate recovery from virtually anything. One way to do this is by taking hot showers or baths.

Increasing the strength of your immune system is one of the best things you can do to not only increase your quality of life, but to increase your levels of fitness!
