What Are The Best Natural Vitamin Sources?

By Paige Thompson

Vitamin deficiency, no matter what vitamin is lacking, is quite common nowadays and it is largely because many of us do not have enough natural vitamin sources. Natural vitamin sources can be found in the food people eat, so while purchasing vitamin supplements may be a quick fix and much recommended by specialists in overcoming vitamin deficiencies, the best way to go, really, is with a diet rich in these sources. It is simply about eating food, a balanced diet in other words, that has the right amount of vitamins derived from natural vitamin sources.

The ingestion of a supplement would be much recommended if a person is under a certain diet where natural vitamin supplements are scarce, such as a vegetarian diet. Another reason supplements would be necessary is because of the often necessary increase in the intake of natural vitamin sources to ensure a vitamin deficiency does not occur. Everybody should be well educated about the different essential vitamins and their corresponding natural vitamin sources, so that one could make it a point to integrate most, if not all of these sources into his/her daily meal planner. Water soluble vitamins cannot be stored in the body and need to be replenished on a daily basis so it is natural vitamin sources for these vitamins that are the most essential to know.
